Frequently Asked Questions
Kingdom Fitness Boot Camp Kingdom Fitness Boot Camp
What is it?
The Kingdom Fitness Boot Camp is a 4 to 12 week indoor/outdoor (seasonal) group fitness program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction, nutritional coaching and a large helping of motivation to keep you on track every step of the way!

What if I'm not very physically fit?
Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If you have five or fifty pounds to lose, you'll find that Kingdom Fitness Boot Camp is just the program for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels who attend Kingdom Fitness Boot Camp can achieve incredible results.

Where does Kingdom Fitness Boot Camp take place?
Contact your fitness camp trainer, Darnell at 866-934-0005.

How often do we meet?
Participants meet on certain days Monday through Friday depending on the camp you signed up for. Each camp class is around 1 hour during the four-week program. All campers will be expected to arrive on time!

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat or large towel, small hand weights (3lbs-8lbs), water bottle, running shoes, sweat towel and a positive attitude. The best place to pick up hand weights would be Sports Authority or Target. I would highly recommend Foot Locker for your running shoes.

What types of exercises are included in the program?
Core conditioning, functional training, short distance running, body weight exercises, jumping rope, circuit training, obstacle courses, core mat exercises, many surprises and more!

What can I expect from camp?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will gain more confidence and self-esteem!

Why should I participate?
You can make a dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy body and mind. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
Corporate Wellness Corporate Wellness
What are some of the benefits of my company registering for the Corporate Training Program?
A comprehensive health promotion plan shows your employees you care about their well-being.

Studies show, employees who are physically active on a regular basis record less sick days each year and are more energetic, dynamic, and industrious. Investing in the health of your staff pays dividends through increased productivity and goodwill. Physically active employees are happy employees.

When your company becomes a member of our Corporate Wellness Program, your employees are eligible for savings off of our regular training rates.

Why shouldn't I encourage my employees to join a gym or participate in a health education program instead of having a wellness program at work?
Generally, gym memberships don't appeal to the ones who need it most. Only those already dedicated to fitness will use the memberships. Typically, most people are not motivated enough to go to a gym before or after work to do an exercise program. Health education programs help employees learn … but … employees don't apply this knowledge or stay committed when the programs end.
